ORDER PROCEDURE

The first step in the registration process is filling out the requested information. These records are maintained for you to keep informed of status changes to your orders. Privacy: Your personal information will never be passed to others.

 

CHANGE YOUR DETAILS

It's always possible to edit your information. It's impossible to create multiple accounts with the same E-mail address. In case of a lost password it's possible to request a new password by submitting your email address.

 

ORDER PROCESS

You order through the product list, choose your desired number of items and then click "Add" button. In the top bar of the page appears, your choice. Pressing the button "basket", you can view your shopping cart, modify it or cancel. After selecting the button "checkout" you will be prompted to login with your username and password. If you are using our shop for the first time you must register with a valid e-mail address.

 

CHECKOUT

It is extremely easy to checkout, it is divided into 4 steps.

1. Your billing information and / or shipping address and check or update. Here you can specify the shipping address if it should differ from the billing address.

2. Select a Shipping Method.

3. Select payment option: MultiSafepay (iDeal, Visa, MasterCard, Mister Cash), Paypal or bank transfer.The available payment methods are discussed on the specific information page.

4. Send Order.

After agreement with our terms and conditions and confirmation of your order a confirmation message by email with details of your order will be send to you.
